Pelican Retreat, located at Riverglen Marina, is a delightful two-story home perfect for a getaway with family and friends. It comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers a range of features to enhance your stay:

Two separate living areas provide ample space for relaxation, both offering captivating river views.

The master bedroom boasts an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe, while another bedroom features a queen bed.

Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds.

Heating and cooling ensure comfort in both living areas, and all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a new stove and oven, while the adjacent laundry room houses a washing machine and dishwasher.

Step out onto the large balcony to savor the breathtaking river and marina views.

The fenced backyard is perfect for your furry companions.

Guests have access to off-street parking, a private marina boat ramp, and the adjacent Riverglen reserve.
Important to note
Please be aware that accessing the second level of the Pelican Retreat requires using stairs.
A cleaning fee of $150 applies to each booking.
For bookings longer than 2 weeks a $150 weekly cleaning fee is payable.
Guests have access to the whole house, 2 off-street parks in driveway, private marina boat ramp and alongside the Riverglen reserve. No access to garage.
